BND provides an innovative service to North Dakota financial institutions - Electronic Cash Letter (ECL). This service allows institutions to receive their Bank of North Dakota cash letter electronically. MICR information is captured by BND and transmitted to your institution. The physical items are sent via post office/courier per established routes.
