Homeowner Affordability
and Stability Plan
President Obama recently announced the Homeowner Affordability and Stability
Plan as part of a broad, comprehensive strategy to assist the American
economy in its recovery. The plan will support approximately 7 to 9 million
families in restructuring or refinancing their mortgages to avoid foreclosure.

Farm Disaster Assistance:
Farm Disaster Relief Loan Program
Bank of North Dakota is providing a low interest rate Farm Disaster Relief
program for North Dakota farmers and ranchers impacted by weather events.
Working in partnership with local community financial institutions in affected
areas, BND will assist in funding the disaster loans. This program helps

This program provides new loans to assist farmers and ranchers that have
