To access your account information, select "Residential Loans" from the "log in to your accounts" dropdown box
located on BND's Web site home page at www.banknd.com or click on the "Click here MY ACCOUNT"
icon located on Lending Services Web site home page. A login ID and password are required for you to access your residential loan
information.
How do I get a password?
The password was mailed to you when your loan was originated.
I lost my password. How do I get another one?
You can get a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password? Click Here," on the login screen.
The password will be mailed to you.
I want to access my account now. Who can I call?
Please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-472-2166 ext. 5724
and we will reset your password.
It says my account is locked. What should I do next?
After three unsuccessful attempts to login, your account will lock up.
Please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-472-2166 ext. 5724
and we will unlock your account.
